ShOUT is a fledgling group of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender individuals who
are connected (as participants, staff, faculty, etc)
to Shad Valley, an annual summer program for Canadian youth that focuses on science
technology and entrepreneurship.
ShOUT primary purpose is to provide an environment in which both GLBT and straight
Shads can interact, discussing relevant issues and events, propogating information of interest to the
GLBT community, and generally providing support for those that need it.
